SUSTAINABLE INNOVATION, MAKING OUR BEST BETTER

The BSF Maths School extends our comprehensive curriculum breadth and high expectations inclusion model, complementing the existing three Post 16 pathways with a fourth to meet the needs of our highfliers with full integration into BSF life and personal development.

The Maths School is designed to provide a pathway for students interested in studying mathematics-related disciplines at university and pursuing mathematics-intensive careers.

Students will be taught parts of the curriculum by ‘academics in residence’ bringing incredible academic depth and real-world applications of mathematics to their learning.

Maths classes will take place in a bespoke, state-of-the-art suite of classrooms, including collaborative and interactive spaces, following the pilot year the inaugural cohort will take up residence in their tutor groups in the maths school in September 2026.
